Are your products really vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes — every LOIS CHLOÉ product is 100% vegan and never tested on animals at any stage of development.

Are they suitable for sensitive skin?

Our formulas are paraben-free, gluten-free and clinically considered. As with any cosmetic, patch-test first if you have known sensitivities.

How do I pick my lipstick shade?

Warm undertones suit our nude and coral families; cool undertones suit berry and red families. Still unsure? Contact us for a personal recommendation.

Where are your products made?

Designed and crafted in Australia with pure, natural, active ingredients.

How much is shipping?

Free standard shipping on Australian orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship at the rate calculated at checkout.

When will my order arrive?

Orders dispatch within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Can I pay with Afterpay?

Yes — along with Visa, Mastercard, Amex and PayPal at checkout.

Returns

What is your returns policy?

Unopened products in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons we can't accept opened cosmetics unless faulty. See our refund policy.

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?

Email us with your order number and a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it right away.
